– How to protect our elders and families through legal planning for things like beneficiary designations, future inheritances, and the death of a parent(s)
– Understanding the responsibilities that legal titles play as an adult child or Power of Attorney
– How and when to choose an advocate to work with when families have children or adult children with special needs
